BSP's Africa & Madagascar Program Transboundary Natural Resource Management Assessing processes, opportunities, and constraints for international transboundary collaboration. This project aimed to review progress in Transboundary Natural Resource Management (TBNRM) in sub-Saharan Africa. It undertook regional reviews and case studies in Southern, Eastern, Central, and West Africa. An analysis was made of the TBNRM process and opportunities, enabling conditions and constraints. Guidance was published for TBNRM practitioners.
