EPA Awards $210,000 Grant
The US EPA awarded a $210,000 grant to evaluate and refine the multi-service environmental documentation methods WWF is developing in collaboration with stakeholders in South Florida. The grant was awarded to a hydrologist at the University of Florida and member of the Florida Ranchlands Environmental Services Project (FRESP) Documentation Team. The FRESP Documentation team is developing and field testing metrics for documenting the provision of environmental services of water retention, phosphorus load reduction, and wetland vegetation change on Florida ranchlands.
