Dawn Pointer McCleskey
Librarian
Dawn specializes in organizational systems, collection and service development, knowledge management, and user needs assessment.
Dawn has been WWF-US's librarian since 2001. She serves both the Washington headquarters and field offices, offering a range of library services and research support. To expand the collection and reach of the WWF-US Information Resource Center, she founded the International Environment Library Consortium in 2009 with partner environmental organizations and serves as administrator for the IELC's ongoing operations. Dawn is also the steward of the WWF-US publications archive and works on issues of institutional memory and knowledge management. She holds an MLS from the University of Maryland and a BA in Russian language and literature from the University of Michigan.
