India Tigers and Wildlife: A Photo Safari

  • April to mid-June is the optimal season for tiger sighting in Ranthambore National Park.

  • Ranthambore is famed for its population of approachable tigers.

  • Peacocks and more than 300 other bird species inhabit the reserve.

One of India’s largest and most renowned nature reserves, Ranthambore National Park is famed for its population of approachable tigers. This exclusive photography-oriented safari provides incomparable opportunities to capture photos of India's wildlife.

  • Twice-daily safari drives at the optimal time of year for tiger sightings.
  • Photograph the endangered Bengal tiger as well as jackal, various jungle cats, wild boar, langur monkeys and rhesus macaques.
  • Group sizes are intentionally kept small, with a maximum of 6 guests.

WWF has set a bold, but achievable goal of Tx2: doubling the number of tigers in the wild by 2022, the next Year of the Tiger, so that these animals may be found in the wild for years to come.
