The first public comment period for the draft standards for Seriola and cobia aquaculture began February 12, 2013. This is the first of two 60-day public comment periods. The final standards will help minimize the potential negative environmental and social impacts associated with Seriola rivoliana, Seriola lalandi and cobia aquaculture.
